Golden Maritime & Shipping Agency Nig. Ltd (GMSA) is a limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria with and an integrated consortium with other subsidiaries with the main objective of providing Total Professional Quality Services and Management in Clearing and forwarding outfit. We are a duly registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission with RC No 188989. We are also licensed by the Nigerian Ports Authority to operate as a Shipping Agency.

The Company projects (Clearing and Forwarding) specifications are provided by Prince Ephraim A. Iwu. His wealth of experience and knowledge in this sector is highly rated having considerably worked meritoriously in the Industry and Oil Service sectors and have acquired experience relevant for the management of the companies - GMSA and its subsidiary - Golden International Limited (GIL)- Two Rental Services Organisation.

The MD leads a cream of management team into the system and has established a formidable organisation to run the companies effectively, having recruited and groomed qualified personnel for guaranteed, trouble free  flow of Management information and clear reporting relationships for the company in accordance with the modern dictates of operating effectively in the shipping /    C & F and in the oil and Gas Industry, coupled with emerging challenges of a new age with greater height to compete favourably in their fields - hence Total Quality Management and computerisation of operation is the watchword in our organisation.
